They’re habits. Little rituals we barely notice. A handful before the gym, a snack at work, something to keep in the car just in case.

Healthy? Absolutely. But that’s not the point. Nuts aren’t just about nutrition. They’re about texture, about habit, about reaching into a bag without thinking—until suddenly, you do.
